How to Subscribe

How to Subscribe:

1. You Must have a minimum of 2 ROSEP Academy Instructors: RHCT or RHCE certified Instructor Support
• The Academy's Curriculum Management team will provide direct technical support for the Instructor from the date the Service Agreement is signed up to the first week of class in order to make sure your computer lab is properly set-up to use and operate the Academy curriculum and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• The Instructors will also receive direct support from the Curriculum Management team on curriculum-related issues throughout the subscription period.
• Red Hat can not offer technical support on your lab hardware or network. A school should expect their RHCE certified personnel to serve as the Linux technical support for the class lab if such support is necessary after the initial setup and class begins.
• RHA Instructors will be connected electronically to all RHA Instructors worldwide from a list-serv so that you can interact with your peers
